Burger King - Riverton

By far the cleanest fast food lobby I've seen in years. Have had awesome customer service experiences the last couple times I've been here.

Quit putting veggie butts in your food. I hate getting the hard middle part of a jalapeño or a tomato in the dead center of my sandwhich making it hard to chew. It's gross. When yall care, this is one of my favorite places to eat.

It's April 8, 2024, Solar Eclipse Day. On the news I see an ad of sorts about solar eclipse specials. Krispy Cream, Pizza Hut Burger King. It said Burger King was buy one whooper get one free today only. My wife and I walk up to the counter and ask about if they are still doing that special. The guy could not understand English, but said yes. When I looked at my receipt it said that I bought the Whopper Jr Duo. When I told the manager she told me that I need a code to take advantage of that deal (the news story never mentioned anything about a code). I asked where do I get the code. She said from the app. I asked what app? Then the manager quickly walked away without trying to correct the problem. I'm 67 years old. I don't do apps. All my wife and I wanted was the two for one deal and were treated horrible.This was store 20351 in Riverton UT. April 8, 2024 5:22 PM

The only complaint I have is that they forgot to put a patty in my burger ? but it was still good regardless.The person I talked with was very friendly, even helping me change a drink order I had.

Came in and got food for me and my brother, the food wasn’t bad but i could tell it was old. the girl at the counter was nice and had pretty nails. i haven’t had many bad experiences here so yall get a 3 from me.sincerely a burger king enjoyer
