Baskin-robbins - Riverview

Excellent service and coffee. The location is convenient, being near Wal-Mart, the movie theater, and gas stations. It's also in close proximity to I-75 and Highway 301.

This was the worst Baskin-Robbins I've ever been to. I wouldn't recommend getting a milkshake; you're better off just drinking plain milk! When I mentioned that my milkshake was lacking consistency, the staff did nothing and just gave me a sassy look, as if to say, "Oh well." It turned out to be a complete waste of money! I definitely won't be coming back.

Terrible experience! If I could give it zero stars, I would. They are consistently out of almost everything—no nuts, no chocolate syrup, and very few ice cream flavors available. The ice cream I did manage to get tasted more like shaved ice. Yuck! I kept hoping that things would improve since it’s so conveniently close to home, but after several visits, I’m done and won't be coming back. The staff could also use some training on how to communicate better with customers. This review is specifically for the East Bay Road location in Gibsonton.

Lived in the neighborhood for almost a year. Have stopped in 9 times. Need to change the name to House of 4 Flavors . Have never seen more than 5 out of the 15/20 tubs of ice cream available at a time. Either needs new management, new ownership, or closed and a new ice cream shop brought in.

We stopped in to get a shake at 9:55 pm and they close at 10pm, so instead of a shake I got a watery something and they only had 4 flavors to choose from! SMH
