Sonic Drive-in - Riverview

Chophouse cheeseburger was absolutely disappointing. One small onion ring in the middle of the dry burger. We are from out of town. We will not revisit this again. You need better speakers too.

This location seems to have an issue following orders. Especially if you Uber eats it. Always missing something or they just don?t follow through with instructions. The food is typically hot and fresh. Their speaker system is definitely terrible theywon?t hear you unless you yell. And why some many guy car hops? Corporate fast food restaurants just aren?t as fun as it used tobe. ????

The service at Sonic on 301 was excellent and efficient. I ordered hot dogs and a banana shake, and my order arrived very quickly. The hot dog was tasty, and the banana shake was outstanding, packed with plenty of banana.

What can I say? The intercom system seems like it's from the 1800s. My order for a #1 was misheard as a #4, which is an easy mistake to fix. To make matters worse, a chili cheese Coney ended up being a chicken wrap—definitely not even close. On top of that, it took 18 minutes for my order to arrive after the screen said Hannah was on her way out with it. I literally watched it sit on the counter the entire time. What a disappointment. This has to be the worst Sonic I've ever been to!

I ordered a chili cheese hot dog along with a few other items, but when it was brought to my car, the hot dog was at the bottom of the bag with three other items stacked on top of it. When I opened it, all the chili, cheese, and a piece of the bun came off with the wrapper. The onion rings were just okay, and my husband’s chicken sandwich was cold. Overall, it wasn't a great experience for us.
