Wendy's - Riverview

Went there today for first time because my husband has been sick and was wanting a "Dave 's doubleburger.....went inside to order 2 burgers...waited for 30 minutes for two dry, well done, cold burgers on soggy buns. The cook literally THREW my burger to the girl putting it in the bag!!!! We will definitely NOT return to this Wendy 's.

Just like any other Wendy's. Only difference is customer service isn't their high point. Now that eventually employees will be making $15 an hour by 2025, one expects better customer service. If the employees don't like what they are doing then better themselves. Where there is the will, there is a way.

I enjoy Wendy's burgers. I will get the #1 double 50% of the time. I love the 4 for 4 deal as it is tasty and economical. This Wendy's is close and I have visited more often then I should. The floor is greasy? slippery? I have experienced this in other food places and find it annoying. The drink dispensers are usually in need of attention. Either out of product or not set up well. The staff that assisted me was awesome. My son (6) is quiet but wanted to order his own food. The associate was patient, polite and I could even tell she was smiling (regardless of being forced to wear a mask).

Best experience in wendy's. Visited first time. Was surprised they have chily soup
