Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Riviera Beach

Today, I took my 2-year-old daughter to this Dairy Queen location to redeem a gift card I had received. However, my experience was ruined by the rude behavior of the cashier at the front. He was impatient when I was deciding which food to pick and yelled at me when I inquired about the status of my order. Front desk personnel must communicate courteously and professionally with customers. If someone does not enjoy their job, they should consider quitting, or if they are unhappy with their life, they should seek professional help. If they are miserable and have no life, they should accept and deal with it.

Great I've cream. I don't think people realize this is also a full fledged fast food restaurant. Huge variety and fresh... Good stuff.

So far, this is the best spot I've found for working on my video game with a laptop. The Wi-Fi was fantastic, and there were plenty of working electrical outlets, which made it a pleasant experience. However, after overhearing the kitchen staff discussing something concerning about my food, I won't be returning. It's disappointing when issues arise from within the establishment itself.

A bit of a long wait in line but the cotton candy and Oreo blizzard is addicting. Yum!

The cashier, Sierra was exceptional. Friendly, professional, and her customer service was phenomenal. The food was delicious.
