Chick-fil-a - Roanoke Rapids

The people at this establishment are some of the nicest I?ve met in the food industry. Though the line was long, they were doing the best they could to get through it, and the manager was telling people they were doing well! During my time in the foodservice industry, I did not have a manager as uplifting as the one I saw in there. Great place!!

Can't remember the last time I had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. But this one about ticked me off. I get my regular 12-piece large with a gallon of sweet tea because I'm out of town. Mine was a little slow but it is busy it's pushing 5:00 inthe afternoon. First thing they didn't put the cap on the gallon of tea half my fault I guess for not checking but I shouldn'thave to. So now I got half a gallon of sweet tea all over the front of a rental car from the front floor mats to the back floormat on the passenger side. So I'm like okay I'm going to give him a call till the manager hey at least need to check the lidsthere might be something wrong. Guess what dial the number to busy you can't call the place. By this time I'm like I better goahead and eat my nuggets before they get too cold. No worries they weren't even hot anyways.

WOW!!!!!! After a wonderful visit to Ripley's Aquarium we stopped at Chic-Fil-A for lunch. Drive thru quickly moves our order was Exact. I had the limited time BBQ Bacon Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It was very tasty my family loved their grilled nuggets. The staff has a great job fulfilling all in line this day

The woman at the drive-thru who handed us our food was exceptionally friendly and had a truly genuine smile.

The staff were professional, well-trained, and incredibly helpful and courteous. The restaurant was clean, and a great bonus was the play area for kids. It's an ideal spot for tired parents traveling with children.
