Arby's - Roanoke

Despite the wait, today’s experience was far better than many fast food places. Muriel (apologies if I spelled that wrong) was quite cheerful and lively, even though there was a staffing shortage, which really helped keep everyone’s spirits up. The food was good, a bit on the dry side, but it still tasted great. I would definitely go back.

I would rate this restaurant between 4 and 5 out of 5. I’ve been there twice in the past two weeks, each time using the drive-thru, and I was greeted by the same friendly lady who took my payment and handed me my order. I enjoyed the classic Bratbeef and the white cheddar mac and cheese. I requested horsey sauce and Arby’s sauce, and during my second visit, she even remembered me and offered them without me asking. She gave me just what I needed—a single packet of each sauce. I don’t know her name yet, but I’ll be sure to find out next time. Arby’s should definitely consider giving this wonderful woman a raise! I work at Star City Games right down the street, and I've been raving about the food and the great service there. Thank you for the delicious experience!

It's fantastic! Breonna showed great courtesy and brought my food out quickly. Because of this, I will definitely return.

Love the Gyro. I had the Greek style. Placed looked clean. The service was a little slow due to a lack of people, but the people who were there certainly did their best.

While this is usually a great choice for good food. Today due to low staffing or some other issue the interior of the store was shut down and the drive thru was heavily backed up. This is no fault of the workers. Especially on a Friday during dinner rush. But the staff tried to stay positive but it seemed like a rough situation. Overall good experience but little off putting to come back if this is how the store is run on a consistent basis.
