Another PFJ another half gallon of DEF because they're universally terrible. DEF handles don't work all over America because PFJ doesn't care. Captive audience and all that.

This Flying J is taking advantage of customers. They only offer one size of coffee cup, and of course, it’s the large. So, if you typically prefer a small or medium, you’ll still be charged for the large. How convenient, right?

Pilots is akin to a 2 or 3-star hotel. The restroom was in awful condition, lacking paper towels, and there was tissue scattered everywhere along with filthy toilets. Even the McDonald's nearby was dirty as well. It's really disappointing, and corporate needs to take charge because this is unacceptable.

The staff is professional and friendly, and the store is clean and well-stocked. Both the bathrooms and showers are spotless, with plenty of hot water available. The parking lot is well-designed and offers plenty of free spaces. They serve bean-to-cup coffee; however, as is often the case, one of the machines is out of order.
