Tesco Cafe - Rochdale

I had previously enjoyed the crispy fish lunch at this restaurant, but on my recent visits, the fish was disappointing. It was no longer crispy and chunky, but rather flat and bland. The mushy peas resembled pea soup and only the chips were nice and crispy. My main concerns were the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables were either not cleaned or only half-heartedly done, so I had to clean them myself. There were also people sitting at dirty tables, and it seemed like no one was checking if customers were using the app for ordering. There were more staff than customers, so I'm not sure why the quality has suddenly declined.
