El Asadero Mexican Grill Rochelle Park

First time going to El Asadero and we loved it. The service was incredible, our waiter was so helpful and everyone was so friendly. The food was top notch. Definitely going back soon

A great place for families. popular for birthdays that we have heard happy birthday at least 12 times sung! Fun spot.

Just be careful when paying your bill they automatically add 20% tip to all bills. It does say it on the menu but if you’re not paying attention you will pay tip twice.

We ordered two steaks cooked medium, but they came out rare, so we had to send them back. It was someone's birthday, and while I don’t mind paying for a dessert, they charged an extra $2 just to sing a birthday greeting. Clearly, we won’t be coming back.

The enchiladas were more like corn tortillas with sauce poured over them, and there was hardly any cheese. The grilled chicken was served on the side, whereas they usually have the grilled chicken and cheese inside the corn tortillas with the sauce on top. From the moment we arrived, even though we had a reservation and the restaurant was not busy, we felt rushed. I will not be returning to this restaurant, and my friend feels the same way.
