Dunkin' - Rochester

The best Dunkin by far they have the best, quickest and friendly service, highly recommend

Only Dunkin in the area where the donuts aren't dry as heck! The staff is very friendly, and my drinks are always on point.

I'm dependent on the ice cream coffee. However, I suggest getting the app. The lines and weight can be very long. Very often the employees work really hard to recognize your existence, especially if you have a problem. They focus on the drive-thru and the people standing in the register are all the others invisible. They are also really cheesy with the cream cheese. You'd think it's from her paycheck.

I've only ever interacted with this store over the phone while trying to find out when the renovations at the Dunkin' on Monroe closer to me would be completed. However, the employees were always very friendly and helpful!

I can't comment on the situation in America, but I can certainly say that I'm a fan of Dunkin'.
