Mcdonald's - Rochester

Esszimmer is often closed early due to the small personal equipment. very uneven when driving through to the accuracy of the ordering food: 3/5

So I have ordered from this mcdonald’s on uber eats today as tasty bites to my little girl to her allergy recordings first I get a text message for my driver say they said they don’t wear the adult happy meal they don’t know how I could order it and replaced it with the 10 pieces mill, which is much cheaper then continue to forget about her frying my mcrib was so secret

I stood for a sandwich and two drinks for 45 minutes while they screwed up the order and then gave me free french french fries that tasted tasty and after I finally got my food and they apologized I waited to get a lid for the drink, and she told me that I went past the lids for a minute and took care of a few other customers first, while my food got more

Have not been to McDonald's in over 10 years. Some really good changes. Great service, solid food and a really good cup of coffee.Food: 4/5

Experience today was awful. Ordered simple meals, had to repeat my order multiple times at each window. Cashier acted snotty towards me for using my apple watch to pay. They were out of Diet Coke, had to refill. Asked me to wait, and when staff came out it was the wrong item each time. Final person was a manager who acted like I was inconveniencing her. Pretty sure someone spit in my drink too. Not the first time customer service at this location was abysmal.
