Texas Roadhouse - Rochester

For years I have been in this restaurant and every time I come, I enjoyed my food and my atmosphere. Employees always have a great attitude and smile. Today I am here to use the order and pay at window and delivery to my car, I know that there standards food will be the same. And the employee who took my order was helpful and pleasant. You come to this place and it's like you crashed from New York and Texas. The sights, the sounds, the smells are a magnificent Rothals paradise. The service is great. The Margaritas Top Notch. The only problem is that I rarely eat so that my body is punished later. All in all, I liked it. The fried pickles are highly recommended. Peace out.

Used online reservations was easy. We sat in our car until they called us. We waited about 5 minutes and then we were on our table. Menus were on the table and we got warm rolls. Our waitress was LISA. Very friendly and professional. She made us feel comfortable. It was our first time in this restaurant. Lisa took our orders. The view around the place seems big and full of customers. People laugh and enjoy themselves. Our food came perfectly cooked and delicious. We enjoyed everything and were very satisfied. We're definitely going back.

Had A Bad Experience at another restaurant the same night that we left. Came to Texas roadhouse and they catered to our needs. They were very apologetic about the other restaurant. Which was extremely nice of them. When our dinner was coming out the waiter accidentally dropped all our food. It happens I get it. The manager came right over and told us and was so apologetic. She comped our appetizers and gave the birthday man a free piece of cheesecake. They remade our food which was amazing and they did it fast. Would definitely recommend.
