Mcdonald's - Rochester Hills

Very clean, and the lady who took our job was very polite.

This mcdonald’s is always fast and my eating is always good. they never messed up my order. a good location.

Don't be fooled - this McDonald's is anything but typical. Located in the popular Rochester Hills area, with plenty of parking and two drive-thru lanes, the attentive staff made for an exceptional experience. I will definitely be returning.

I will never return to this restaurant again. I used my remaining reward points to purchase dinner, but the computer system had a glitch and almost didn't fulfill my order. Despite having the receipt emailed to me and already paying, the staff insisted they didn't have my order. The manager eventually provided me with the food, but was clearly frustrated with the situation. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the computer error.

Why would you put a cold beverage in a bag with hot food? They also skimped on the fries.
