Delicacy Chinese Bistro - Rock Hill

We ate here recently, our first time. It 's a small quiet place, and the service was good, but the food was definitely not as good as expected (based on reviews). The wok mixed vegetables were totally without flavor, and the roast duck should have been taken off the menu. We should have sent it back (but didn 't) because we could NOT eat it full of bones, fat, and very little meat; the left overs are destined for the dog or the trash. The other items we tried were good but not good enough to invite us back.

The food here is always delicious. I have had many of their options and never disappointed. Their sweet tea is consistently good. Their spring rolls are delicious! The old man that stands in the middle of the floor looks mean but I don't think he means any harm. The staff is nice and courteous. I'm a fan of this spot and think their fried rice is top 3 in the area.

We had a fabulous birthday dinner recently at Delicacy. We ordered the full duck with pancakes and side veggies. We also ordered Beef and Scallops and Moo Shu Pouch with Tofu. These were all spiced appropriately. We appreciated that they did not have too much sauce as most Chinese American restaurants do. The service at this little spot is top notch! I did not once wonder where my server was. I think this is unheard of these days! They gladly gave us extra in house hot mustard and chili oil. We will be visiting again very soon. Thank you for making our birthdays one to remember!!

This place is amazing! They even served us on Christmas! 5 stars for sure!

This place has the best food in the area and the service is great.Definitely worth a visit, you won't be disappointed.
