Wendy's - Rock Hill

This Wendy's location in Rock Hill is fantastic! I used the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the inside, but I received quick and friendly service along with hot, fresh food—something that's not always the case at fast food places these days. Keep up the great work!

The place was very busy, especially the drive-thru, but the inside was clean and attractive. The cashier recognized me as soon as I entered and assured me she would be with me shortly. My order was accurate, and everything was served nice and hot. They did an excellent job despite the holiday rush.

During a bus trip, we stopped for dinner in a nearby parking lot, and everyone had the option to choose their preferred restaurant. Out of our group of 22, we decided on Wendy's. Although the dining room was closed when we arrived, the manager kindly opened it up for us to dine in. All of our orders were accurately prepared, and the food was hot and delicious. A big shoutout to the entire team for their fantastic service!

I cost it. Super great time to get our food after our order. 10 minutes waiting in line- that was said, the staff was super friendly and the food was great as usual!

Not sure what has happened, but it seems the staff in general have no courtesy or Hospitality to customers. The most recent time I went through the drive-thru the girl didn't even speak to me. Only opening the window to reach her hand out to take my money with a look on her face that made me feel like I was interrupting her day. She handed me my bag of food and shut the door. I sat there waiting on my drink but she turned to speak to another employee. I waited patiently thinking that maybe they were waiting on it to be made or something, but when she noticed I was still sitting there she opened the door and gave me a look as if once again, I was encroaching on the location by sitting there. I said that I was waiting on my drink and then she looked around and saw it sitting there and gave it to me. Just a shame. I guess in this economy businesses must be extremely desperate to get any type of employee they can.
