Wendy's - Rock Hill

I cost it. Super great time to get our food after our order. 10 minutes waiting in line- that was said, the staff was super friendly and the food was great as usual!

Not sure what has happened, but it seems the staff in general have no courtesy or Hospitality to customers. The most recent time I went through the drive-thru the girl didn't even speak to me. Only opening the window to reach her hand out to take my money with a look on her face that made me feel like I was interrupting her day. She handed me my bag of food and shut the door. I sat there waiting on my drink but she turned to speak to another employee. I waited patiently thinking that maybe they were waiting on it to be made or something, but when she noticed I was still sitting there she opened the door and gave me a look as if once again, I was encroaching on the location by sitting there. I said that I was waiting on my drink and then she looked around and saw it sitting there and gave it to me. Just a shame. I guess in this economy businesses must be extremely desperate to get any type of employee they can.

This location has been understaffed for several weeks now. I've tried going there twice in the last two weeks. The first time I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line. There were only two workers and they were working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. The second time I left after 10 minutes as the line hadn't moved. Both times the door was locked as they couldn't do drive thru and dining room with so few workers.

Ordered the Double bacon Burien this is what I was given Never had a problem here tell this and had to drive all the way back to get it fix just to find out the other double Burger we ordered was messed up as well when I returned home

Ordered pickup for 3:55 but the doors were locked so I called the location and they told me just to go through the drive thru. I ended up having to wait for 45 minutes before I could get my food. By the time I got it the food was cold and disgusting. The staff were kind, but it is clear that they are understaffed and overworked. I don’t recommend going here. If you are looking for food go to the Bojangles or a Chick-fill-a that are next door. Food is much better and you won’t be waiting 45 minutes for garbage.
