I ordered 2 pizzas and wings, one pizza was great...the cheese pizza had no cheese on it but had sausage and pepperoni. I called 3 times before actually talking to an associate...poor customer service!!!
I specifically requested a fork when ordering the specialty chicken, which comes covered in sauce. I'm currently staying at a hotel where I don't have access to plastic utensils. It's food, and utensils are essential for eating. This is a common issue I’ve encountered in the restaurant industry, and it really shouldn't be happening.
We’ve ordered four times and each time we chose pickup, but our account has never been credited the $3 difference for choosing pickup instead of delivery. This seems like poor business practice, especially since when I called, the manager said they couldn’t provide the code for that. We’re considering going back to Godfather’s next time.
I ordered two medium pizzas from a restaurant a mile away, and after waiting two hours, they still hadn't arrived. I made several calls to check on the status, but all I was told was that the order was “out for delivery.” It seems like their staff or drivers were enjoying some pizza instead. I ended up canceling my order and ordering from Papa John’s instead. #ThisPlaceSucks
