Everything was amazing and cooked as ordered. I never had to wait for refills. And oh Lord! Mmm

The food is excellent, but the service was slow. To be fair, we were a group of twenty, but some aspects could have been managed better. I was also a bit frustrated when I ended up waiting for around twenty minutes after our server assured us twice that she would bring my order right away. Additionally, two other members of our group received their meals long after the rest of us had nearly finished ours. Despite these issues, I would still consider returning.

The service was excellent, and the food was great as well—much better than my previous experiences. My only complaint is that we accidentally left our takeout boxes at our booth when we stepped out to go into the store. About 15-20 minutes after leaving, we realized we didn't have them and returned to find that they had been thrown away. I would have expected them to hold onto our boxes for at least an hour before discarding them. There was still a good amount of food left, and I had tipped the waitress generously, so I was quite upset about the situation.

Today, Fatz offered a complimentary chicken tender basket to all veterans, and their chicken tenders are truly amazing. What an admirable gesture by the company! Even though I'm not a veteran myself, I really appreciate the respect they show for the sacrifices our veterans have made for all of us. I will definitely become a regular customer. I also had the chance to meet some wonderful men and women who have served our country. Once again, hats off to a fantastic company!
