We ordered by deliveroo for the delivery, 2.5 hours later it was not delivered yet, so we called the restaurant and asked if we come and pick up our frappe and smooth us. They said yes, so we came through the drive thru to get them. they tried to give us the old drinks (sensored milk) that were sitting on the bank waiting for the driver for at least 2 hours, they put only fresh cream on us to make it look better! I asked for fresh drinks, so I was sent to the waiting bay. when they brought out our drinks, they were literally half full, the rest was watching! the girl snapped them out of my hands when I said they were only half full and said she would get them back. when she finally came back, she had someone else with her and the drinks were 2 different colors. both should be coffee. we have home and they are coffee and salted caramel. shocking service, disgusting the amount of food and drinks that sit on the bank left for the poor deliveroo customers who have waited for hours - I think it will be a lot annoyed teems tonight. disgusting practices in this business and rude fellow workers, clear them!

Order a delivery and they were asked to get there and deliver. order was a quarter cuts, hash brown, pommes, big fanta, apfelkuchen and a mcmuffin (for a prun tomorrow). I didn't know that I also asked for it over room. temperature! I had more opportunity to be scaled by the fanta than eating. Seriously, if it was 1 or 2 on tomorrow, but 845 on Thursday night! I understand that we are living in the world now that nobody is allowed to be responsible for themselves, but as little as possible HOT food is served. my afterbarcat that would eat the remains would not touch a zombie apocalyptic orgy that. well done maccas rockingham

I thought I learned my lessons last time. but no, whatever, this adventure was different, wanted to pay cash, so had to go to the electronic board to order and then come back to the counter and pay money there. I thought a coworker came with me, but not to mention that the drinker didn't work and I heard that the personal was complaining that everything was broken. the only thing that wasn't broken was that there was the ability to take my money. After I checked my quitting I had noticed that it was 12 minutes and not a meal, so went to the counter where I was ignored and personalized the co2 had jumped a leak. interesting no one tells them this and when I get my orange juice obviously co2 is a big part of it, as I don't and it tastes like week orange cordial (the secrets out). which is not a secret is that I will never be there again!

I requested fresh drinks so I was sent to waiting bay. When they brought our drinks out they were literally half full, the rest was cream! The girl snatched them out of my hands as I said that they’re only half full and said she would remake them AGAIN. When she finally came back she had someone else with her and the drinks were 2 different color’s. Both were supposed to be coffee. We got home and they’re coffee and salted caramel. Shocking service, disgusting the amount of food and drinks that was left sitting on the bench for the poor Deliveroo customers that have been waiting hours-I imagine there will be a lot of upset tummies tonight. Disgusting practices at this store and rude staff, steer clear!

I had chicken wrap which was disgusting had part of lettuce tight heart nothing else other than Mayo,small fries were terrible. Suggest management supervise staff assembling this item. Drive in purchase 11/11/2020
