Gelato Rose - Rockland

Tiny little branch in front, but it is worth stopping. We tried the hazelnut crisp and raspberry mint, both were amazing.

I was passing through town with my parents on our way to Portland, and although we couldn't stop by, I received a voicemail about an hour later. Cecile said she had just finished making an incredible vegan gelato and expressed her hope to see me soon! What a delightful surprise. I can't speak to the taste yet since I haven't had the chance to try it, but if the service is any indication, I'm sure it's fantastic!

The gelato here is absolutely delicious, and the service is fantastic, creating a great atmosphere—especially on Thursdays when they have an open mic night. My favorite flavor is peanut butter and chocolate!
