Chipotle Mexican Grill - Rockville

I had a great experience with this location today. I was charged a few days ago for my order, so I called the store and spoke to a manager. They told me they'd give me a refund when I got into the store. When I arrived there, they not only refunded the fee, but threw a few bowls on the house. The staff was super nice throughout the whole process. I was very impressed by this excellent service, thanks to Rockville Chipotle!

Chipotle is one of the best places to eat, and it will always be my go-to choice when I'm unsure about what to eat. I really enjoy their bowl options. The staff at Chipotle is always very nice and friendly, no matter which location I visit, even in different states.

Chipotle, generally is tasteless. I ordered pickup and somehow it took them 20 minutes over the agreed pickup time. It would have been 4x faster to wait in the line. How do you calculate a tortilla? Take your time and money to Qdoba.

I went today at 1:30. My son ordered our food on line for pick up at 1:30. I was there to pick up at 1:28. I live about 5 or 10 minutes away at the most. When I got home the food was ICE cold. No kidding. I can?t blame it on the air conditioning in my car because that?s not workin. At the least the food should have been warm NOT ice cold??

I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. They didn’t accept my gift cards, even though they had a balance, claiming they were not valid. Additionally, one of the staff members who took my order didn’t speak English well, which resulted in my order being incorrect. I won’t be returning to this location again.
