Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory

I always love this place. Their food is fresh, their service is friendly, and it takes them 2 seconds to get my order ready to eat. I've never had a bad experience! Me and my boyfriend love their Taco Tuesday specials!

This was my first trip post pandemic and the first stop was here after leaving the airport. There were many good selections to choose from but decided on the fajitas. The portions were great for their price. I did not have to wait long for my food after Iordered which was a plus. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish which is a rare find in NC. When I am inthis area again, this will truly be on my list of places to dine. I will be recommending Rosa's to my traveling friends.

We usually consider Rosas to be one of the best places for dinner, but tonight was a different experience. I'm not sure if it’s because we're at a different location, but 7 out of our 9 tacos were served improperly, and the rice was disappointing compared to what we usually expect. Very disappointing overall.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. I bought some fresh tortillas, but unfortunately, I arrived too late for breakfast.

Upon entering, my first impression was that it felt like an upscale version of Pancho’s—if you know, you know. The atmosphere is clean and festive, which adds to the overall experience. The staff was welcoming and patient while we navigated the ordering process, which is to order first and then find a seat. I was particularly impressed by how patient the management was with the new hires; it speaks volumes about how they treat their employees. Kudos to them! I’m a big breakfast fan, but I’m giving it 4 stars because the chicken taco plate’s meat was a bit cold and lacked seasoning.
