Starbucks - ROCKY HILL

After being closed for nearly a month, what’s changed? The drive-thru menu/speaker has been improved for faster ordering, which is a plus! However, the drive-thru and parking lot setup still leaves much to be desired. The wait times were excessive, even with a pre-order, and the water drain on the drive-thru remains poorly maintained, causing water to pool around it and creating a large puddle—definitely not ideal. Plus, people still tend to ignore the left exit from the drive-thru, and the blind right side continues to be a hassle. On the bright side, the staff at this Starbucks consistently provide 10/10 service. A huge thank you for all your hard work!

The location is great, and the staff is consistently friendly. Whenever I've had an issue with my order, they’ve been quick to resolve it. However, the parking situation and drive-thru setup can be quite frustrating.

I had a wonderful experience despite the machine being out of order. The staff generously offered me free tea and provided exceptional service throughout my visit.
