Fabulous Diner in Rocky Mount! We had a family dinner here and were not disappointed! Great service, large portions and cheap prices!

Family home cooked food for breakfast and lunch. Good basics on the menu with ample specials every day. You will find hard working men and women stopping in for a good meal with a side of thank you and please . Service is fast because they know you are busy and have things to do or a job to get back to. I like the chicken salad club...a combination of two things that are great together. You should also try the day 's selection of home made desserts. Rocky Mount has grown up around the Hub, but the Hub stays the same, is still as clean as the day it was built and filed with hustling smiling folks making food just like they have for decades.

This place is usually busy when I come by. Made it in for lunch today. Meatloaf was good and so was the sides. Finished the meal with a slice of egg custard pie. Down home cooking is what they're going for here. The prices were really reasonable. They need a bigger parking lot.
