Tim Hortons - Rocky Mountain House

Washrooms are always bad. Last do not visit a workhand dryer. girls on the theke got order for person behind me and then recognized them my forgot. I have filled my black tea in paper cup and not put on heat wrap. I had to drop something outside and the bag went too. she forgot my donut and I had to remind her, and what kind of terrible service.

I think the worst thing tim Hortons did was incorporate food into their menu as they aren't equipped to make this a fast process. Ans it really slows their lines down even when a you might be there is for a coffee.. expect long waits at this location.

Drive thru sucks so after drive thru check your order (be sure your breaky sammich is toasted and warm) and go inside to tell them everything that's wrong. Much better service inside.

Rude behavior and bad attitude by a old lady working in there on Sunday evening. I asked for a croissant toasted , she didn't let me finish telling me what I need, she was like no we don't do it, I am trying to explain her every location does that and she is like I don't do it. I am like you have to behave properly when answering even if you don't want to do it. Answering politely is different from rude answering. I am ok with what you told me that its going to be burnt but when you were talking me to me is very rude. I can clearly sense how your own coworker reacted to that situation, he is like sorry for that. I am not going to visit this location again and definitely not recommending to this to anyone.

The drive through the line up was long but quickly processed. my order was repeated to me for correctness. everything was as it was expected. well done!
