Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The person who served me at the speaker was short with me, not friendly at all, and cut me off before I could finish my order. They told me to pull ahead and get the total at the second window. When I got to the window and asked for ketchup, it seemed like i was an inconvenience. The drink was all the way full with ice, barely any tea. The food was great though

Service in doors was very good. Chicken was delicious. Bread could have been warm and buttered on both sides. But the fries were soggy not crispy. This was my first time there. I will be back.

From WNY on a baseball trip and my son insisted that the family stop here before we ahuffled back to Buffalo as he had been to a Raising Canes a few months ago w the hockey team.We need one of these in Buffalo! Blows Chik Fil out of the water! Fingers were great size and cooked perfectly.Staff at this location were amazing ! It was my first visit to a Raising Canes and after talking with who I believe was the manager at the counter about the facility, what to order etc he gave me and my family a “ first timer “ discount . Great service and he won over me on that type of service. I didn’t ask for it … he just did it .Keep up the great work and I hope you and the cashier see this as you both provided amazing service .Heading back with the hockey team in a week and I will be stopping in again with 22 hungry hockey players !

The manager was so personable and friendly! The food is always good.

Very fast, very clean and organized, very kind workers! Food was hot and fresh!
