La Ciociara - Rocourt

Ciociara was recently recommended to me by a colleague and I was finally able to go. It was delicious from beginning to end. The menu makes you want to order everything, the entries as the dishes are excellent and Gianni the boss adds even more charm to the experience. We couldn't take 100% of it because it was on noon time but it's worth taking leave in the afternoon just for that. I'm glad I'm going back soon.

Warm place from the entrance to the building! It continues with the glass of white wine offered by the house. 4 entries and 4 dishes. Map reduced for optimal quality guarantee. Surprising gustative moment when I had to mix a slice of duck foie gras in my guts. Explosions of flavours and exaltation of the palace. A place to recommend. Be careful to book!

I'm just saying WAOUW. A real treat. Fat liver patties. A delight. An explosion of flavors. Very pleasant frame and super welcoming and nice boss. I'll go back with pleasure.

What to start with? The soup and the glass of wine offered by the house? This restaurant is exceptional, whether it is the service or the dishes that we serve. The dishes are elegant and the staff is friendly and courteous. The 'Paccheri' I ate there are the best pasta I ate in a restaurant. I hope that my description of the place will make more than one want to go, because it's worth it!
