B'artiste - Roeselare

On Friday night, I went out with three girlfriends to a restaurant. We decided to order the chef's special which cost 30 euros. Unfortunately, two of us decided not to have the dish. The staff accommodated our request, but to our disappointment, the chef or the service staff at the restaurant decided not to serve us any seafood or fish. The food we received was not good - it was unbalanced, and the pork was too fatty. We felt like we didn't get our money's worth. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

On Friday night, I went to this restaurant with three of my girlfriends. We decided to try the chef's tasting menu for 30 euros, but unfortunately, it seems like the chef wasn't on his game that night. Two out of the four of us asked not to get seafood, but we ended up receiving dishes that were low in quality and not worth the price. Overall, we were disappointed with the food and service, and we won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

Tonight we had two dinners at b'artist. It started well: Good concept, friendly hostess, good explanation. The appetites were very creative and delicious, but then a waitress came to take out the shelf for us while food was on it. The concept is so made, you take it easy to eat and enjoy, but this waitress made this pretty impossible. We felt a little hunted by her. There were some big groups, which made us forget a little three quarters, waiting for two gambas on the charcoal, only after a second time to pass this order, it suddenly became quick and bleeding on the table. Conclusion: strong start, but very weakly infected by the service. Price quality isn't exactly good, either, one's too expensive, the other is correctly appreciated.

We were there for the second time in two months, the first time with six on a Saturday night, this time as a couple on Thursday night. We chose to celebrate, and we have delicious dishes. Carpaccio of stocobs fruit with a soup, crown of duck, deliciously prepared black pens, and as a fourth dish, a phasant with ****. Every dish was deliciously prepared and surprisingly flavors. Definitely a rapist, and I don't understand those negative reactions that are here. On a Saturday night, you have to wait. Because it's busy, but this never bothered us. It reminds us of the delicious tapas bars during our recent trip in andalusia. We're definitely going back to b'artist. Another congratulations to the chief and the kind of staff.

No problem, they said, but when the chief or the servants in our place, we didn't need to get scuba or fish!
