Honestly just disappointed in their quality of tea, especially when I weigh out more stems than I do leaves in multiple different packs, their white teas especially feel artificial. Had a great first experience in here today! Walked in just to see what the store was and ended up spending 45 minutes and $100. The selection is huge with smell samples on every tea offered. One of the best bubble milk tea I’ve ever had! The flavor was incredible, and I loved how you can choose what percentage of sugar you want in each drink, and how much ice also if you get iced. Friendly cashier!
