The Udon we ordered was primarily filled with beef and vegetables—about 90% beef and vegetables and only 10% noodles. To make matters worse, the beef and veggies were bland and overcooked to the point of being tough and chewy. Meanwhile, just a couple of tables away, a family with three children was running around and making a mess that the unfortunate staff had to clean up. This is definitely a management issue; such behavior should not be tolerated in a dining environment. The only redeeming aspect of our visit was our waitress, who was sweet and attentive despite the uncomfortable conditions. She seemed to struggle with the tight space between tables, apologizing frequently as she maneuvered through. This is supposed to be a sushi restaurant, not a bar or nightclub. It feels like the owners believe they are the only sushi option in town and can charge exorbitant prices without providing good service. Overall, a terrible experience.
