The Habit Burger Grill - Rohnert Park

The staff was extremely RUDE! I and my two friends were told we were the last order. I took my order and get my soda when I was done. The cashier tells my friends who were right next to me that they cannot order because they only took 1 order before closing. She did not explain that we had to order all on a tab and we were under the impression that we were all the last customers. The manager was extremely RUDE and SNATCHED the entrance of me and would not listen to my explanation why they were wrong. I got my refund and spent my money elsewhere. When the manager grabbed my receipt, an employee laughed. This is unprofessional and I would suggest that the night team get customer service training. I'll never spend my money in this place again.

Very disappointed. The Cheeseburger and the Pommes were not good. When I sat down, my food was cold. At a time this place was good, but not at that time.

Monday, 8/23/2021, ~12:40pm I wish the lady taking the order doesn?t hate people or hate her job. I stood there for a bit while she walked around and had her back turned even though she saw me there waiting. I don?t expect her to be friendly but would it kill her to be professional or civil? Soda is down. No drink of any kind except for tea. Not even water. Food is okay but my interaction with the cashier left me annoyed that I couldn?t enjoy the food. Doesn?t make me want to go back.

The place makes great food I had the grilled chicken sandwich on my visit this time and it was as good or better than the burgers I usually eat check them out if you haven't already

Is it just me? Or has anybody else notice that the quality has gone down a little since COVID? Almost like there is less people and that they are not under pressure like they usually were... no inside dining, no flashing pucks... idk I went last week for my usual and it just wasn?t like it was. Still one of the best. Idk did this review actually help anyone? I doubt it. It actually says nothing. But thanks for reading. ?Burgers they?re not just for breakfast anymore?. ???
