Domino's Pizza - Rolesville

Amber clearly can?t read correctly we always order the same thing Chicken Carbonara NO MUSHROOMS and EVERY TIME they put mushrooms! We ask for it without because we are allergic how complicated can it really be? Will not be returning! This couldcause someone in the hospital if they accidentally take a bite without checking first!

We had a Band Competition at our High School and needed a large order to be delivered for our volunteers. Amber handled everything and made sure our order was correct and delivered when requested. I know how difficult it is to find good employeesbut you all have a gem with Ms. Amber!

Ordering from this place feels like a total gamble; you never know if your order will be correct, if they even bother to fulfill it at all. It's absurd that you can't go inside, and the attitude of the employees and management when you ask for service demonstrates just how little they care about their customers and the community. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the locally owned pizzerias in town instead. Pie Zanos, just a minute away, has delicious food and an incredible staff.

I wish I could give this place no stars, but the system requires me to rate it. Unfortunately, my experience here was terrible. When I entered the lobby, the door was unlocked, and the employees immediately started yelling at me, saying the lobby was closed. They insisted, "Ma'am, you need to step outside." I was taken aback; I’m not a criminal. I even held the door open for some employees as they came back in, but instead of a thank you, they yelled at me to close the door and leave. They then canceled my order right in front of me. When my husband went to the door to see what was happening, two employees came to the door and started cursing at him. The customer service here is absolutely awful!

I didn’t want to give even one star. I had a terrible experience there tonight. When did this Domino's change so much? They wouldn’t let me enter the lobby area, saying it was closed, and they were blocking the door. I wasn’t trying to cause any trouble. There were around 50 people working inside, and I ended up with a cold pizza along with several other issues. As for customer service, I usually don’t complain much, but when you've worked hard for your money, especially with how things are these days, it’s really disappointing. It’s just about being kind to one another.
