I don't know how people eat this garbage. I went here because my daughter was starving and their wasn't anything else around. I got her a kids meal and I had a small fry with a small drink. The food was cold, my daughter's bun was half frozen. It was gross. My fries were soggy so I didn't finish them. Never again.
Waited over 20 minutes for our order, all to to be told they did not have ice for frappe. Manager Briana was cussing out her employees very loudly. Horrible establishment. Will never come here again. Corporate needs to get involved with thus horrible ran store.
If I could give zero stars I would. Today is the second time I've had an issue with them. And it seems to be the same individuals. Today I placed a mobile order. Per usual. I liked the buy one get one free deal the app had, and a sweet tea. Pay for it on the app and it was like 4 bucks. Pull up to the drive through. Tell them and pull to the second window where I am then told I haven't paid and need to go back to the first line, thinking it's a small issue, I go back to the first window. Only to be told it's 8 dollars, even tho my card was already charged and it didn't have the mobile deal. After trying to figure it out I left wasn't worth it. The first time, I placed a mobile order online. And waited in curbside. I waited for 30 mins. Okay maybe short staffed but the app said it was given to me already. So I drive up to the drive through, tell them and I get to the second window dow. The lady procedes to tell me I need to wait in curbside. When I explain she goes oh someone must have taken it out. Oh well I didn't get it, and she finally asked to see my order, made it but definitely wasn't happy about it. Mind you the guy sitting in the car beside me also didn't get his order. Don't even bother talking to the manager.
DO NOT GO… save your time, money, and your stomach. This location is an absolute disaster, you’ll wait forever, you won’t get the right food, and half the time you can’t even order what you want because something is always “broken”. Little did I know that those issues would be the least of my concern. After grabbing lunch here in February 2022 I starting feeling insanely sick the next few days. I thought I may have just had a stomach bug, but when it continuously got worse I went to urgent care. They ran some tests and found that I had Ecoli… I recalled everything I had eaten the past week and McDonald’s was the only thing out of the norm and not made at home that I had eaten. After speaking with the doctor they said it is extremely likely that it came from McDonald’s. I contacted McDonald’s immediately to make them aware of the situation and they said they would investigate it. I spoke with them about everything, told them when I went, everything I ate leading up to and following the incident, etc. Fast forward May 2022 they finally call and say there is no proof that I got Ecoli from them and that they would not be doing anything about it.
