A show, a very innovative kitchen. the staff is very kind, the carpaccio of salmon with sweet flavors perfectly matched to the ricotta started this gastronomic journey. then recommended the spaghetti with fresh salmon tartare on it. Finally, the chef has a nice secret to make the classic Italian cheesecake in a gourmet really.
