Very Italian. The chef was such a lovely lady, she took the time to explain the menu in English to us and oh my, what a Chef excellent satisfying and authentic food. In the 5 days we spent in Italy, we ate there 3 times! I honestly can't praise it more and thanks to Vito for recomending it!
