Pasticceria Il Giglio - Roma

Great atmosphere and service. this cafè was the one that my friends ad I exploited in the early then I was a high school and further a university student. it keeps the same very high standard of the terrace and friendly.

This little, inconspicuous baked and coffee shop came up when we looked for a good breakfast with cornetto and coffee in rom. it is located in the city part san lorenzo, near the Policlinico/General hospital of university, on the road from the main road. viale regina elena. we have the croissants! they are surprisingly good. they can order a simple one and it is filled in their cappuccino or with jam or pastries/cmtard cream. the cappuccino was also very good. they have a beautiful selection of French style terrace series, all made-in-house, with high quality ingredients. we did not see any queues of tourists. in the opposite, there were many local. sandwiches, drinks are available. we loved the whole atmosphere there is a beautiful sitting area inside, with simple but beautiful decoration. they can also enjoy their food and drinks outside, where there are some tables and chairs. on Sunday morning you can see young local couples with their babies, strollers and dogs. service was very friendly and priced were appropriate.

Al telefono è stato concordato un prezzo per una torta di graduazione, poi sono andato alla pasticceria in realtà per concordare il tipo di torta, dando per scontato che sarebbe attenersi a quel prezzo. che cosa non è successo dal momento che hanno aggiunto almeno 1kg di torta non richiesto per le persone che eravamo. Davvero sbagliato. per quanto riguarda la torta invece era molto buono e è stato apprezzato.

Veramente un grande pasticcio in un contesto fatto scintillante dalla vita universitaria

Ottimo croissant e cappuccino, tra i pochi luoghi della zona dove si può fare colazione con pasta artigianale appena cotta al mattino. aperto alle 5:00 del mattino e in quel momento i croissant sono ancora caldi!
