Outback Steakhouse - Rome

We dined here for dinner last night, and it was fantastic! Our server, Alex, was exceptional—one of the best waiters we've ever encountered. The food was delicious and exactly as we ordered. Not a moment after we set down our forks, Alex was right there to check on us and ask if we needed anything else.

I had the best customer service experience ever! My steak was overcooked, but the waitress noticed right away. The manager also saw it as it came out of the kitchen. They quickly replaced it with a perfectly cooked steak. The waitress was amazing, and the manager was very professional. I can't wait to return!

We had an excellent experience thanks to our amazing waitress, Emily V. She was incredibly attentive, had a smile on her face the whole time, and was very friendly. She also got our complicated order right for our group of seven. I highly recommend this Outback location and Emily V. Thank you!

Outback of Rome has always been nothing but Great. Service is awesome and the staff is always friendly. The food always comes out as ordered and tastes great.
