La Villetta Ii - Ronkonkoma

I’ve been here before the service has been no problem. Went there recently, the owner was very rude to us. One of the 9 guests at our table got served last. They were very rude. When we arrived we saw a lot of waiters out and then they started to disappear as the night went on. When desert came our waiter was touching his pen on our deserts how gross. Almost took my food without asking if I was finished. Never coming back!

The food was okay, but the service was terrible! It felt like our waiter was completely ignoring us. We had to ask three times for a refill of our beverages. It took over an hour and a half for our dinner to be served. The meals at our table of 9 people were not brought out at the same time. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. The food was not worth the money.

We have been regular customers at this restaurant for years, but our last two visits have not been good. It seems like the prices have gone up, but the portion sizes have decreased. The service and attitude have also been lacking, it's not the same as it used to be.

La Villetta II goes above and beyond with their service. The food is incredible. I ordered the Chicken Francais and my wife got the Grilled Filet of Sole. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. Even the pasta I had with marinara sauce was perfect. The staff made sure we never lacked for anything. The beautiful dining area only added to the experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for a date night or family event.

Had my wedding reception there today. The staff were amazingly efficient. It was like they could read everyone's minds about what was wanted or needed. The food was excellent!!! I recommend this restaurant highly without hesitation
