Gerardo - Roquetas de Mar

Exactly the type of cafe bar we look for. Local, nicely busy, not full of tourists and amazing value for money, both drinks and snacks. Bocadillos, burgers, sandwiches and exceptional full English breakfasts. The manager and his staff were friendly and efficient given that everything is cooked fresh. Sadly closed on Wednesdays otherwise we would have visited at least once every day of our stay. It looks small and quite unfussy but not to be missed if you are in the area. Best value in Roquetas de Mar right next door to Pierre Vacances Hotel Roquetas El Palmeral which I wouldnt recommend for the food but that's another review.

Lovely efficient and friendly staff. Possibly an all family run bar. Must be good as most customers are local which is a good sign. The chef never stops cooking. Been every night so far and will visit the rest of the holiday.

A really nice local bar with a good selection of tasty well priced freshly made food. Well worth visiting and trying a burger complete.
