Írjon visszajelzéstThe food was rather tasteless. I've been to several Chowking locations, and this one is definitely the least impressive. The pancit lacked flavor, and the milk tea was hard to drink. On top of that, the service left much to be desired. The staff would simply stare at me when I attempted to make a request, which was incredibly frustrating. I had to ask multiple times without receiving any reply. To top it all off, the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, making it uncomfortable to be there.
The restaurant has been closed since July 17, 2014. I just wanted to mention that I worked there for more than two years.
The service was very unprofessional. They claim there's a one-hour wait to deter customers from placing orders, but that's not accurate. They also say that several menu items are unavailable. And even when you do decide to order, they don't provide proper utensils—only plastic ones.
1) The service was excessively slow. 2) My order was incorrect; I specifically asked for Beef Fried Siomai but received Fried Pork Siomai instead. 3) I had requested no Chicharap in our food, yet it arrived with it anyway. 4) I also asked them to omit the Bagoong, but it was still included in the dish. 5) To top it off, our Pineapple Juice was only served after we had finished our meal. 6) There were no spoons or forks available in the utensil box. Despite being busy, the staff appeared to be under-resourced. It seems that management is cutting corners, which contributes to these problems. If your restaurant is experiencing high volume, consider hiring additional staff to enhance service. Additionally, the temperature in the branch was uncomfortably warm! Even though the air conditioning was set to 18 degrees, it failed to cool the space adequately. They should either install more AC units or clean the existing ones. As a result of this experience, I have added this Chowking branch to my list of places to avoid. To Jollibee Foods Corporation: I suggest that you review the procedures and food quality at your Chowking branches. It could be helpful for your inspectors to visit as regular customers to ensure that quality service is being delivered.
