Burger King - Roscoe

Ordered a 16 piece chicken nugget fo4.99. They gave me 2- 8 piece chicken fingers for 8.98. What??? I think i have some money coming back!

This is by far the worst Burger King in the Rockford area. They are always slow but this time was above and beyond the worst experience I've had there. Waited 27 minutes for 4 sandwiches, 3 of which were plain, and the only reason I got the food at all was because I went up and complained I had been waiting almost 30 minutes. The employee then became very rude because I had the audacity to complain I had waited so long, went and slammed all my food into the bags, and them slammed the bags on the counter, incomplete. Then had to get their attention again just to get the rest of my items because he imediately turned his back on me. Would rate this restaurant less than 1 star if I could.

The fact that your closed at dinner time is baffling. . . You would think i couldnt possibly spend my money at somewhere that isnt open but nope still allowed me to place a order and now i get to play email tag for a refund absolutly ridiculous

Great burger king, very quick service even though I ordered 8 burgers. I ordered mayo on all of them as well and they didn't just blindly slap it on each one so it's spilling out the side. This is one of the better fast food restaurants for sure.
