Jackson's Accommodation - Roscommon

I wouldn't recommend staying at this place to anyone. It wasn't clean and felt very cold. It's hard to believe they can get away with having such rooms.

I decided to try the omelette to gauge the chef's skills. Unfortunately, it turned out to be more American than French. The vegetable soup was decent but thinner than I anticipated. A half teaspoon of sour cream would enhance both the flavor and presentation. On the plus side, the vegetables were well-prepared. I might give this place another shot in the future.
