Dutch Bros Coffee - Roseburg

It took forever to order my drinks with only 1 car in front!.. Possibly the longest wait ever at Dutch Bros. Giving 4 stars instead of 3 or less because the person in front was throwing a fit about the messed up order. Still, it seemed the staff could have moved faster.

By far the best place to get coffee. I love the staff, they are all awesome and very friendly. They are good at remembering faces and always know exactly what I'm gonna order before I even get to the window. I always order the same two or three custom drinks though. Oh, and the coffee is delicious. I recommend the pocahontas, it's not on the regular menu though. If you download and sign in on the Dutch Bros app you get a free drink and they scan the app QR code which replaces the old stamp cards they used to have so you can earn free drinks. ?

Got there version of a frappuccino and it was really good. Very sweet, but not overwhelming. They have a lot of yummy flavor combinations to choose from. Worth stopping by if you are close to one.

Yet another disappointing visit to Dutch Bros. I don’t know what has happened since they went public, but the hot beverages have become flavorless and watered down at nearly every location, including this one. The white chocolate mocha and chai latte were weak and lukewarm, lacking any real taste. There were no cheerful faces, smiles, or friendly conversations on a Sunday morning here. I think it's time to part ways with this franchise.

For the past five years, this has been my go-to coffee shop, and I absolutely love Dutch. My favorite coffee holds a very special place in my life!
