Five Roses Pub - Rosemont

The reverse seared steak is fantastic. It comes with delicious potatoes and green beans. A must-try.

The restaurant has a fantastic vibe with pleasant background music and a spacious atmosphere.

I enjoyed a delicious chocolate strawberry dessert at this restaurant. I also tried the braised beef, which was a hearty meal perfect for a cold winter night. The atmosphere was quiet and they asked to see our loyalty card, which I appreciated.

The only thing that I actually enjoyed eating from my dinner last night was the ginger chili chicken tenders. I ordered a Reuben sandwich… there was more sauerkraut than actual corn beef, my husband ordered the Rosemont burger and he said the burger wasn’t even seasoned, and for our appetizer the Irish Nachos were soggy. It’s like if they put the pulled pork with the cheese sauce and just dumped it on top not very tasty. A little too pricey for my liking for an Irish pub but it was the city so I guess they got a jack up the prices somehow but at least make the food worth it.

The space is overall pretty cool, and I bet even moreso when there is live music playing. I wish my shepherds pie had more flavor, it definitely needed something to which salt and hot sauce did not help.
