The Clover - Rosemount

I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch. The price per person ranges from $20 to $30. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect 5-star rating. I particularly recommend trying the burger.

This restaurant is a typical American sports bar serving classic dishes. I tried the bacon-wrapped smoked meatloaf, which wasn't too smoky but the bacon added flavor. It was moist and not overly salty. The price was reasonable for the meal. The wait staff was friendly and attentive throughout the dining experience. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner

We went there for lunch, really enjoyed our Irish stew and sandwich. We went here for the first time today for lunch. TERRIBLE service. And it wasn’t even busy. We waited forever just for them to acknowledge us and bring waters because people seated after us got helped first! We then waited forever for our food. Chicken tenders were burnt. Ordered a shrimp bowl which I later, after finishing our meal, realized was supposed to come with a side salad. Told the waiter about this when he finally came to bring the checks, after not checking in on us AT ALL during the entire time we were there besides taking our order and leaving the food. Never even got pop refills nor did he offer. After calling out the mistake with the side salad, he offered to get the salad and I said no, that he could just take some money off the entree in which he literally got pissy and argued with saying, “well if you just tell me what salad, then I’ll go get it. I stated TWICE that I was done eating and I didn’t want it at this point (since we waited for so long, my very young child needed to leave but he continued to be pissy and then tried to tell me “there is no charge for salads” (ummm it’s a part of the entree price?? . He acted like I was the one in the wrong and made a big deal of taking $2 off my check for a side salad. Even saw him talking to what was probably the manager in the back corner about it. I should have waved him over! Hate to say—this guy should not be working in the restaurant industry. You get better service at McDonald’s. First and last time I would ever visit this establishment and will NOT recommend.
