Great Wall Chinese Cuisine - Rosenberg

This is the dirtiest place I've ever encountered. I walked in and immediately walked out!

Food is very good location is unassuming and you wouldn’t expect it but some of the best Chinese takeout in Rosen/Richmond. People with complaints about “service” are lying service is great they just want to be treated like royalty and to be buttkissed

This is my go to Chinese take-out place. The workers may seem stand-offish and rushed but that just adds to the ambience. It is places like these with the no-nonsense customer service where you know that the food is gonna be good. And it is. Their food is amazing and you really get a good portion. Definitely a bang for your buck. I have been loyal to them and will continue to stay loyal.

Today will be my last time ordering. It started with the lady that took my order over the phone. She was very rude. I asked her a question so I could know how to order and her response was rude not to mention after she took what she thought was my complete order she hung up the phone. Once my husband picked up my food and I opened it … I literally had 4 shrimp in my shrimp fried rice and my 6 chicken wings tasted so salty. I couldn’t finish my chicken wings at all. They actually have me with a headache as I type this.

The service was unfriendly. The food was good, but I don't plan on returning since I prefer not to spend my hard-earned money at places with unfriendly staff.
