Carl's Jr. - Roseville

The quality of the food was extremely disappointing. The Western beacon cheeseburger was served cold and barely had any barbecue sauce. The young lady also gave me cold fries, so I asked for fresh ones, but they simply refried the old ones. When I addressed this with her, she insisted they were fresh. This experience was frustrating and unfortunately not uncommon in many fast food restaurants.

I parked my car in the Carl's Jr. lot to enjoy my meal, but unfortunately, the hamburger was only lukewarm and the bun was stale. The onion rings also tasted like they had been prepared well before I ordered, and they were barely warm too. Overall, the food was a major disappointment and a waste of $11. I didn’t purchase a drink.

I want to commend the staff for their hard work in fulfilling orders. Despite being significantly short-staffed, they managed to keep things running smoothly. The food was served hot and delicious. Thank you!

My visit here today was great, I was able to come in order get my food which didn't take very long to be ready, and it was great. The lady at the counter was nice and friendly making sure to greet me and check over what I had requested. Overall thelocation and outside was very clean and well maintained, it's sad that unfortunately with current times the play area wasremoved but still it was nice to be able to sit down and enjoy my food Thank you Carl's Jr staff and workers!!

I go here weekly and allways bring my little dog. The drive-thru women are consistantly very friendly and accommodating. I think they spend more time talking to my dog than me! Did you know that they sell plain(unsalted) burger patties for your pet?
