John's Incredible Pizza Roseville

I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant! It lacks cleanliness and the food is not fresh. The buffet selection is quite limited, and several of the rides and games were out of order. There seemed to be no effort made to clean the food stations or the tables. It was simply unacceptable. Although the manager claimed he was doing his best, it’s clear that this place is no longer what it used to be. We hosted a birthday party for 25 people, and everyone in our group left feeling disappointed. The manager should have at least offered a partial refund. Save your money and take your kids somewhere else for a better experience. We definitely won’t be coming back.

My only other issue was with the rides advertised as being full-sized. They seemed mostly aimed at very young children, around 8 years old and under. The bumper cars were enjoyable, even though the area for bumping was limited, and the spinning swings appeared to be fun and suitable for all ages. The arcade games were all budget-friendly, which I appreciated as it allowed the kids to play many games with their tokens. They had a great selection of games to choose from. Since we don't live nearby, we can't visit often, but we've saved our tokens to use on our next trip.

Absolutely appalling. I took my kids here for years until they outgrew it, and when I brought my niece for the first time, I had nothing positive to say. The entire place was dirty, and we could practically compose a symphony with the sounds of our footsteps echoing throughout. The Icee machine was out of order, and the food was far below average. Plates were piled in various rooms, and employees seemed to be standing around with no interaction whatsoever. Half of the games were broken. The men's restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in months. This is truly unacceptable. I can't understand how this establishment stays open or how management is okay with the state of the place.

Went on a Wednesday evening. Fairly quiet. Food was atrocious. I don 't expect a lot from a buffet, much less one aimed at children; but even the pizza was bad. The dough had this strange after-taste that I really can 't describe as anything other than "off. "Despite a decent amount of staff on duty, the place was pretty messy. Tables long-since-cleared retained the inedible echoes of their former occupants for quite some time, and the floors were all but neglected.The staff seemed fairly dreary, a testament of businesses that either overwork or undervalue their associates. Probably both.The atmosphere is quite good. The arcade area is impressive with rides and games for every age. Even theme-part style rides.If the arcade admission came without the terrible buffet cost, I might rate this location higher; but that 'd ruin the experience of it.

When it first opened it was a little better. It's a large chuck e cheese with better games. The food is sub par and expensive but the dining rooms have fun themes. The games are expensive as well but the kids enjoy them. We did the unlimited games option through groupon but quickly found out that it is not unlimited on any games that earn tickets, which is over half. So that was definitely not worth it for us.
