Maverick's Real Roast Beef - Roseville

This restaurant is a true hidden gem! The quality of the meat is outstanding, and the sandwiches are absolutely amazing. They also serve fantastic French fries. My favorite feature is the homemade sauce bar, which includes free toppings like olives, pickles, and banana peppers. Plus, the service is always incredibly friendly. You definitely need to give this place a try!

This place has the best roast beef in the city! Their portions are enormous, and they offer a wide variety of condiments. The service was great as well.

I ordered an open-faced roast beef sandwich that came with mashed potatoes and gravy. I was looking forward to it, but the roast beef was quite unappealing due to its pink color. I’m not sure how it’s traditionally prepared, but I prefer my roast beef to be brown rather than pink. Aside from that, the mashed potatoes were just okay—plain but acceptable. The bun was mediocre at best, and the gravy had a jelly-like consistency that I didn't enjoy.

Fast and friendly service! The food here is expensive, the portions are big but the problem is the taste of the food. The sandwich buns and bread are dried out and so is the meat almost to the point it was hard to swallow. The milkshakes are good butI don't know if they are worth $5, kinda tasted like McDonald's.
