Paul Martin's American Grill Roseville

Paul Martins has lost some of its charm due to corporate cutbacks and changes. Sunday Prime Rib special gone. Complementary bread gone. Fried chicken gone. Skirt steak gone. So much of their signature dishes gone and with it some of the appeal of going to Paul Martins. 😠However our meal was fabulous and the service outstanding.

Food was good. Service was ok. Ambiance was awesome.

Service was fast and friendly. Meal exceeded expectations. Tables did feel cramped and walk ways were tight- too many tables for the space.

Very good food and atmosphere. Carolina (our waitress) was excellent and very fun to work with giving us suggestions and very attentive to our special requests. We will be back often as this was our visit to PaulMartin and it now appears we can count on a great evening out.

Poor food presentation. Salads were hanging off the plate. Soup tasted like hot broth, overall food, very bland. Appetizer was good, spinach dip..
